Building Management
Falcon Works Court is a leasehold property where leaseholders have won the right to manage (RTM). The Falcon Works Court RTM company is made up of members which are building leaseholders and it is operated by elected directors. The directors have appointed managing agents to run the building and execute projects on behalf of building leaseholders and residents. Any leaseholder of the building may join the RTM company, decide to stand as a director in advance of the yearly AGM, or volunteer their time to assist with any building initiatives.
Building residents and leaseholders can sign up to mailing lists operated by the RTM to be kept informed on building issues, projects, or to share useful local information.
Managing Agents
The building is currently managed by HAUS Block Management. They are the primary point of contact for any issues with the building.
HAUS maintain a portal for leaseholders which contains more information on the building, allows you to report maintenance issues, pay bills and order keys. You will need to register for an account in order to use it.
Building Landlord
The building was developed by and is currently owned by the Aitch Group.
Building leaseholders may need to contact them, or their appointed ground rent collection agent FirstPort Property Management, for queries relating to ground rent.
